Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:14A-19.10(a), the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority (RVSA) is issuing this Notice of Request for Approval for the proposed modifications to the Rules and Regulations Concerning Discharges to the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority in order to comply with the standards set forth by the Grace Period Rule under N.J.A.C. 7:14A-19.3(d) and 7:14-8.4A.
RVSA will consider any public comment pertaining to this action which may be forwarded in person or by mail to: RVSA, 1050 E. Hazelwood Ave., Rahway, NJ 07065, Attn: Janet Thevenin. Written comments and requests for public hearing must be received by RVSA no later than 8/16/08.
