| The RVSA owns and operates a 40 million-gallon per day (MGD) rated secondary treatment plant at the foot of East Hazelwood Avenue in Rahway/Woodbridge, New Jersey. The treatment plant consists of three operational areas:
1) Inlet facilities and primary treatment;
2) Secondary treatment; and,
3) Sludge processing and handling facilities.
In addition, the RVSA maintains a plant laboratory for on-site chemical analysis. The administrative offices are also located at the treatment plant.
