Notes:

• ** The November Regular Meeting will be held one week ahead of normal schedule due to the AEA and NJLM Annual Conferences.

• All meetings will be held in the Boardroom of the RVSA Administration Building located at 1050 East Hazelwood Avenue, Rahway, NJ, unless otherwise advertised.

• Regular Meetings are scheduled for the third Thursday of each month with a start time of 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise specified.

• All other Meetings (i.e. Emergency, Committee, etc.) will be held on an as-needed basis, with notification to two newspapers, the RVSA Commissioners, and Member Municipal Clerks.

• Closed Session (Executive Session) may be held during any of the above scheduled meetings.

• No action will be taken at any Committee Meeting.

Remote Meetings:

• Meetings may be held electronically via Zoom Video Conference when it is determined necessary.

• Instructions for accessing meetings remotely, as well as the agendas and any relevant documentation for same, will be posted to the Authority’s website under “Official Business > Public Notices”.

• Public participation: Participation is allowed when the Chairman opens the meeting to the public.

• Questions or comments may also be submitted to the Board Secretary prior to the start of the meeting via email at info@rahwayvalleysa.com.

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, any changes to the published meeting schedule will be transmitted to two newspapers, the RVSA Commissioners, and Member Municipal Clerks with 48-hour advance notice.
