The RVSA is seeking a full-time Project Manager to provide general oversight and coordination of all capital improvement projects undertaken by the Authority through all phases from design through construction and commissioning. Key responsibilities include working with the Maintenance Department to plan and manage the Authority’s Capital Improvement Program, and collaborating with design professionals, contractors and onsite inspections.
Applicants must hold a B.S. in Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent degree, with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in wastewater treatment systems, including Construction Management. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with New Jersey I-Bank funding requirements and DEP permitting, including NJPDES, TWA, and Title V, is preferred.
